EXCITING NEWS — SKW REVENUE SHARE IS COMING!

We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for our agents to grow their income while helping grow the SKW Realty family.

Starting September 1, 2026, SKW Realty will officially launch our Direct Revenue Share Program!

Under the new program, when you directly recruit an agent to SKW Realty, you may receive 25% of the Company Dollar SKW collects from that agent’s eligible residential purchase and sale transactions.

For example, if your recruited agent closes a residential transaction generating a $10,000 commission:

•⁠ ⁠Producing Agent receives: $8,000

•⁠ ⁠SKW Company Dollar: $2,000

•⁠ ⁠You receive: $500 Revenue Share

• SKW retains: $1,500

And you can continue earning Revenue Share from that directly recruited agent until they reach their annual Company Dollar cap, with a maximum potential Revenue Share of $3,750 per directly recruited agent per cap year.

This program applies to qualifying residential purchase and sale transactions. Residential leases, commercial transactions, property management income, and other brokerage fees are not included.

We want SKW to be a brokerage where agents can build more than just their own production — you can help build our community and be rewarded for helping bring great agents into the company.

Effective September 1, 2026.
